It store your credict card and billing information in your PayPal account, thereby eliminating the need to enter your info again and agin in different stores. If you select PayPal as your method of payment on the payment page, you will be taken to PayPal website to input the transaction financial details. Once you confirm your payment in PayPal, you will be redirected back to 3cstar.com.
How to Pay with Paypal?
1. Log in your PayPal
2.Enter your Card Details; the order will be shipped to your PayPal address, please check it is correct, then click Submit.
3. Your Payment will be processed, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Ensure you have selected or entered the correct delivery address.

How to pay with a credit card:
1) Select your shipping address or create a new one;
2) Enter your card details and click “Submit”;
3) Your payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to your e-mail address.
3cstar won’t collect any of your card information when you shop with us. If you transaction fails, please contact your bank for details.

To begin using the Shop Pay &Google Pay service you must opt in when at the checkout, you need to provide the below information for which you would need to complete you order when using our normal checkout:
-your email address
-your mobile phone number (used for SMS verification)
-your billing, shipping address
y-our card information for a valid credit / debit card, including the CVV
To opt into the service click "Save my information for a faster checkout", and then enter the required information highlighted above when going though the checkout. After completing the order, you’ll see a notification on your order confirmation and status page that confirms your information was saved with Shop Pay.
To complete your account set up you will then need to verify your opt in via an SMS Notification. A verification code is sent to the phone number that you saved during opt in. If you can’t verify your account, then you can still complete checkout without using Shop Pay. As an extra layer of security, when you checkout using new devices you will need to verify a purchase via an sms or email code.

Once your verified you will start to see the Shop Pay &Google Pay button on product pages or in your cart across the web. To place an order all you will have to do is simply click the Shop Pay&Google Pay button to check out using your saved information. You can review and amend your order information before pressing the complete order button and placing your order
The checkout will automatically by use the cheapest shipping option to your address - to change to an option that is more suited for your needs simply click on the drop down menu and select the shipping method that suits your needs. Likewise your information saved in your account will be used as your delivery address and billing information . To amend this simply add the information required by click "Add New".

Was I Charged Twice ?
Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships.
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
